By default, guests book through a shared Deskadora WhatsApp number using your venue's own link and QR code. If you'd rather guests message a number that's already yours, you can connect your existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta from your dashboard.

Do guests need the WhatsApp app installed?

Yes, WhatsApp bookings work inside the WhatsApp app guests already use. There is nothing extra for them to download.

What languages does the booking flow support?

The same 12 languages as your booking widget, with server-validated guest details and a marketing opt-in built in.

Which plan includes WhatsApp bookings?

WhatsApp bookings are part of the paid platform, billed as a monthly subscription per venue. They are not included in the free menu. Request a demo for a quote.
