5. How We Obtain Consent

Analytics and marketing cookie data is stored by the respective third-party providers on their own infrastructure, not on Deskadora's servers. Deskadora may access aggregated reports from these tools.
8. International Transfers
Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) processes data in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Stripe SAS processes payment-related cookie data within the EU. Transfers to Stripe Inc. (United States) operate under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google LLC (Google Workspace) processes data within the EU under the Cloud Data Processing Addendum (CDPA).
