Η Deskadora ενημερώνει τους πελάτες εστιατόρια με προθεσμία 30 ημερών για κάθε προσθήκη ή αντικατάσταση υπεργολάβου επεξεργασίας στον παρόντα κατάλογο, με email και με επικαιροποίηση της παρούσας σελίδας. Οι πελάτες μπορούν να αντιταχθούν σε μια αλλαγή βάσει της Συμφωνίας Επεξεργασίας Δεδομένων.

- Φιλοξενούνται από την ίδια τη Deskadora στον διακομιστή του Παρισιού και δεν αποτελούν τρίτα μέρη: η βάση δεδομένων, η αποθήκη ουράς, η στοίβα παρακολούθησης και το σύστημα διαχείρισης περιεχομένου που χρησιμοποιείται για τις σελίδες πολιτικών και το blog.
- Ο δικός του πελάτης ΤΝ ενός ιδιοκτήτη καταστήματος, ο οποίος συνδέεται μέσω του συνδέσμου ιδιοκτήτη (για παράδειγμα Claude ή ChatGPT), αποτελεί υπηρεσία του ίδιου του ιδιοκτήτη και δεν είναι υπεργολάβος επεξεργασίας της Deskadora.
- Η Stripe, η Meta και η Google ενεργούν ως ανεξάρτητοι υπεύθυνοι επεξεργασίας για ορισμένους σκοπούς (για παράδειγμα η Stripe για την πρόληψη απάτης και τις ρυθμιστικές υποχρεώσεις, η Meta και η Google για τα δικά τους διαφημιστικά δεδομένα και δεδομένα λογαριασμών). Για τους σκοπούς αυτούς δεν είναι υπεργολάβοι επεξεργασίας της Deskadora.
- Οι πάροχοι συστημάτων σημείου πώλησης (Zelty, Square) είναι οι δικοί του προμηθευτές του καταστήματος. Η Deskadora διαβιβάζει δεδομένα σε αυτούς μόνο όταν το κατάστημα ενεργοποιεί την ενσωμάτωση και κατόπιν εντολής του καταστήματος. Η Zelty επεξεργάζεται δεδομένα στη Γαλλία· η Square αναφέρεται στον παραπάνω πίνακα.
