Deskadora уведомляет клиентов-ресторанов за 30 дней о любом добавлении или замене субобработчика в этом списке по электронной почте и путем обновления этой страницы. Клиенты вправе возразить против изменения в соответствии с Соглашением об обработке данных.

- Размещены самой Deskadora на парижском хосте и не относятся к третьим лицам: база данных, хранилище очередей, стек мониторинга и система управления контентом, используемая для страниц политик и блога.
- Собственный ИИ-клиент владельца заведения, подключенный через коннектор владельца (например, Claude или ChatGPT), является собственным сервисом владельца и не является субобработчиком Deskadora.
- Stripe, Meta и Google выступают независимыми контролерами для некоторых целей (например, Stripe для предотвращения мошенничества и исполнения нормативных обязанностей, Meta и Google для собственных рекламных данных и данных учетных записей). Для этих целей они не являются субобработчиками Deskadora.
- Поставщики кассовых систем (Zelty, Square) являются собственными поставщиками заведения. Deskadora передает им данные только тогда, когда заведение включает интеграцию, и по указанию заведения. Zelty осуществляет обработку во Франции; Square указан в таблице выше.
