Deskadora powiadamia klientów restauracyjnych z 30-dniowym wyprzedzeniem o każdym dodaniu lub zastąpieniu podprzetwarzającego z tej listy, pocztą elektroniczną oraz poprzez aktualizację tej strony. Klienci mogą sprzeciwić się zmianie na podstawie Umowy Powierzenia Przetwarzania Danych.

Uwagi
- Hostowane samodzielnie przez Deskadora na serwerze w Paryżu i niebędące podmiotami trzecimi: baza danych, magazyn kolejek, stos monitorowania oraz system zarządzania treścią używany dla stron z politykami i bloga.
- Własny klient AI właściciela lokalu, połączony przez złącze właściciela (na przykład Claude lub ChatGPT), jest usługą samego właściciela i nie jest podprzetwarzającym Deskadora.
- Stripe, Meta i Google działają jako niezależni administratorzy w odniesieniu do niektórych celów (na przykład Stripe w zakresie zapobiegania nadużyciom i obowiązków regulacyjnych, Meta i Google w zakresie własnych danych reklamowych i danych kont). W odniesieniu do tych celów nie są podprzetwarzającymi Deskadora.
- Dostawcy systemów kasowych (Zelty, Square) są własnymi dostawcami lokalu. Deskadora przekazuje im dane wyłącznie wtedy, gdy lokal włączy integrację, i na polecenie lokalu. Zelty przetwarza dane we Francji; Square jest wymieniony w powyższej tabeli.
