Deskadora concede aos clientes restaurantes um pré-aviso de 30 dias de qualquer aditamento ou substituição de um subcontratante ulterior desta lista, por e-mail e mediante a atualização desta página. Os clientes podem opor-se a uma alteração ao abrigo do Acordo de Tratamento de Dados.

Notas
- Alojados pela própria Deskadora no servidor de Paris e não por terceiros: a base de dados, o armazenamento de filas, a pilha de monitorização e o sistema de gestão de conteúdos utilizado para as páginas de políticas e o blogue.
- O cliente de IA do próprio proprietário de um estabelecimento, ligado através do conector do proprietário (por exemplo, o Claude ou o ChatGPT), é um serviço do próprio proprietário e não é um subcontratante ulterior da Deskadora.
- A Stripe, a Meta e a Google atuam como responsáveis pelo tratamento independentes para algumas finalidades (por exemplo, a Stripe para a prevenção da fraude e obrigações regulamentares, a Meta e a Google para os seus próprios dados publicitários e de contas). Para essas finalidades, não são subcontratantes ulteriores da Deskadora.
- Os prestadores de sistemas de ponto de venda (Zelty, Square) são fornecedores do próprio estabelecimento. A Deskadora transmite-lhes dados apenas quando o estabelecimento ativa a integração e por instrução do estabelecimento. A Zelty trata os dados em França; a Square consta da tabela acima.
