Deskadora kündigt Restaurantkunden jede Ergänzung oder Ersetzung eines Unterauftragsverarbeiters in dieser Liste 30 Tage im Voraus per E-Mail und durch Aktualisierung dieser Seite an. Kunden können einer Änderung nach dem Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag widersprechen.

Hinweise
- Von Deskadora auf dem Pariser Host selbst betrieben und keine Dritten: die Datenbank, der Warteschlangenspeicher, der Monitoring-Stack und das Content-Management-System für die Richtlinienseiten und den Blog.
- Der eigene KI-Client eines Lokalinhabers, der über den Inhaber-Connector angebunden ist (zum Beispiel Claude oder ChatGPT), ist der eigene Dienst des Inhabers und kein Unterauftragsverarbeiter von Deskadora.
- Stripe, Meta und Google handeln für einige Zwecke als eigenständige Verantwortliche (zum Beispiel Stripe für Betrugsprävention und gesetzliche Pflichten, Meta und Google für ihre eigenen Werbe- und Kontodaten). Für diese Zwecke sind sie keine Unterauftragsverarbeiter von Deskadora.
- Kassensystem-Anbieter (Zelty, Square) sind die eigenen Dienstleister des Lokals. Deskadora übermittelt ihnen Daten nur, wenn das Lokal die Integration aktiviert und auf Weisung des Lokals. Zelty verarbeitet in Frankreich; Square ist in der obigen Tabelle aufgeführt.
